...but their names have changed.
Black kitten is now Tabitha.
The boy kitty's name will be decided by K's nieces and nephew.
When K went to pick the kitties up at the vet, there was another kitty there who'd been there for a very long time, so K said she could come home too:
Bonus kitty is a tuxkit. I'm not sure if K intends to foster her or keep her, but Bonus kitty is very glad to be out of the kennel.
K's dogs were interested:
...but the kitties will be in their room for at least a week. Did I mention I put up the screen door? With a magnetic latch, thank you!
My girls, however...
...were not pleased that I was off cheating on them with someone younger.
So my friend K stops by today and asks if I'd like to go with her to pick up her new kitties (I say yes).
